Mindful Flow Yoga

For the last two years, I’ve been co-teaching the Monday night Mindful Flow Yoga class at Yogalicious in Spartanburg, SC with my friend and mentor, Adrienne Ables. This class meets in downtown Spartanburg, Mondays from 5:45-7pm, in-person and online.

I love how this class starts out with a mindful intention, often inspired by a reading or personal experience. There is often a moment to slow down and meditate or watch the breath, followed by a mindful hour of practice. Sometimes we work with pranayama (breath work) and bandhas (locks). However, new students need not be intimidated, it is a friendly and fun environment, open to all!

We’re currently theming classes based on the book Awakening Shakti. It is a fun introduction to the stories and energies of the goddesses. Please join us!
